This is a rare GI American WWII mosquito headnet. They were unissued during WWII. Great for collectors, outdoor recreationists, and military buffs. The M-42 WWII mosquito headnets were wrapped with the original WWII dated PHILA Q.M. depot tag. Worn with both hats and helmets as lightweight mosquito protection and camouflage in one. Ties on the top and bottom to ensure a good fit.
